WEEK 14
New Orleans @ Atlanta- 1:00 PM
Atlanta is riddled with injuries and I don’t think they can overcome them to give the Saints their A game. The Saints will go on the road and get a good win.
Money Pick- New Orleans
Green Bay @ Chicago- 1:00 PM
This time of year Chicago has a huge homefield advantage. One problem; they are playing Green Bay who knows how to play in the cold. Aaron Rodgers is playing extremely well and Cutler is the most inconsistent QB in the league
Money Pick- Green Bay
NY Jets @ Tampa Bay- 1:00 PM
Kellen Clemens is getting the start for Sanchez. I think that might be a good thing. Clemens is hungry and playing to show off his trade value. The Jets are a better team. Tampa has been playing extremely well as of late but hasn’t turned into wins. Ill say it’s a close game.
Money Pick- NY Jets
Miami @ Jacksonville- 1:00PM
Miami has been awesome in the month of December under Coach Sparano. This is a huge game that will effect the playoff picture. Jacksonville has a couple injuries to key players. Jones Drew is banged up, and Sims-Walker is doubtful.
Money Pick- Miami
Detroit @ Baltimore- 1:00 PM
Detroit has had some bad luck and it could be the whole franchise is doomed. Stafford appears to be out of action today, so Culpepper should get the start. Ed Reed is hurt for the Ravens. That shouldn’t matter though as this week is the week the Ravens pull it together
Money Pick- Baltimore
Seattle @ Houston- 1:00 PM
Seattle is coming off a close victory over division rival SF. Houston lost at home to Jacksonville. Both QB’s are banged up and I like Seattles backup rather than Houston’s. Houston’s RB Moats is on the IR. I like Seattle to go into Houston and surprise Houston again.
Money Pick- Seattle
Denver @ Indianapolis- 1:00 PM
Peyton Manning at home should be a lock. But without Donald Brown someone will have to step up for the Colts, which someone usually does. Orton has found new life with Denver and having Brandon Marshall doesn’t hurt. I am going to keep counting on Peyton until he fails, which could be this game.
Money Pick- Indianapolis
Buffalo @ Kansas City- 1:00 PM
Buffalo should go on the road and hand Kansas City another loss. Kansas City is a team that needs a win, but I don’t think they will get it here. Buffalo has been playing well since Jauron was fired.
Money Pick- Buffalo
Cincinnati @ Minnesota- 1:00 PM
People are jumping off the old man band wagon. They are saying that he is reverting back to the end of the season last year. Cincinnati is a good team, but I don’t think they can go into Minnesota and beat AP.
Money Pick- Minnesota
Carolina @ New England- 1:00 PM
Carolina is beat up. Delhomme is out, RB’s Williams and Stewart are hurt. Tom Brady is banged up, and LB adalius Thomas is out (coach’s decision). Even with that, I’m hoping New England loses, but I don’t think that is going to happen.
Money Pick- New England
Washington @ Oakland- 4:05 PM
I am doing something that I don’t think I have done in a very long time.
Money Pick- Oakland
St. Louis @ Tennessee- 4:05 PM
Vince Young is hurt but probable for today’s game. Chris Johnson is another person that is hurt, but really who doesn’t have aches and pains this late in the season? Tennesse should get back to there winning ways against a soft Rams team that doesn’t have Bulger going.
Money Pick- Tennessee
San Diego @ Dallas- 4:15 PM
This should be a fun game to watch. San Diego is on their usual late season run and are up against a tough Dallas team at home. Romo and the Cowboys are in December which doesn’t mean well for them. Let’s see if they can get there offense up and running against San Diego. I know Philip Rivers is up for the game.
Money Pick- San Diego
Philadelphia @ NY Giants- 8:20 PM
Westbrook still ahsnt made enough improvement to get into the game today. The Giants have home field advantage and are up against a beat up receiving core with the Eagles Jackson and Maclin being injured. Take the boys in blue.
Money Pick- NY Giants
Arizona @ San Francisco- 8:30 PM Monday
Arizona is coming off a big win against the Vikings. SF dropped a division game against Seattle. Arizona can wrap up the division tonight and I expect Kurt Warner,Boldin and Fitzgerald to have big games.
Money Pick- Arizona
____________________________________________________
WEEK 13
Thursday-
NY Jets @ Buffalo- 8:20 PM EST
Buffalo is coming off a couple big wins and there interim coach is making a push to have that interim tag removed. There defense has been playing well and Sanchez throws too many interceptions. It’s a pick’em game.
Money Pick- NY Jets
Sunday
Philadelphia @ Atlanta- 1:00 PM EST
Both teams had tough games last week against sub par teams. Atlanta has injury problems so I think that will be the difference.
Money Pick- Philadelphia
St. Louis @ Chicago- 1:00PM EST
St. Louis has been playing tough, but with Chicago at home, Chicago should win rather easily.
Money Pick- Chicago
Detroit @ Cincinnati- 1:00PM EST
Detroit has showed a lot this year as well as Cincinnati. I like Cincinnati at home. Carson Palmer should have a field day here.
Money Pick- Cincinnati
Oakland @ Pittsburgh- 1:00PM EST
Dennis Dixon played well for Pittsburgh the first half of his first game. That should be enough to beat an Oakland team that is dysfunctional. The Raiders backup has shown some promise and has made Russell the highest paid backup, but I still like the Steelers
Money Pick- Pittsburgh
Tennessee @ Indianapolis- 1:00PM EST
Vince Young has been playing out of his mind lately. Chris Johnson has helped him tremendously. This is going to be a test for Indy who is unbeaten. This is just a wishful pick, but I’m going with Tennessee. This will be the best running attack Indy has seen since Miami, which should have beaten them.
Money Pick- Tennessee
Denver @ Kansas City- 1:00PM EST
Denver should take this game with no problem. Kansas City is a soft team. Denver after hitting a slump has beaten the Giants on Thanksgiving Day. Kansas City got bombarded by the Chargers. Think Denver
Money Pick- Denver
New England @ Miami- 1:00PM EST
New England got embarrassed last Monday night and is looking to come out strong against the Dolphins. Chad Henne is looking to come back from a horrible game against the Bills. Tom Brady will try and take advantage of two rookie corner backs. New England should win this game… But..
Money Pick- Miami (lol)
New Orleans @ Washington- 1:00PM EST
The obvious pick is New Orleans, but if New Orleans isn’t prepared Washington could surprise some people. I’m trusting in Drew Brees and the Saints.
Money Pick- New Orleans
Tampa Bay @ Carolina- 1:00PM EST
Delhomme is out and Tampa is playing tough for having a lousy record. I’m taking the road team with their young QB Freeman.
Money Pick- Tampa Bay
San Diego @ Cleveland- 4:05 PM EST
Chargers are going to have a field day on the Cleveland Defense. Rivers is going to light up the Defense that can’t seem to stop anyone.
Money Pick- San Diego
Dallas @ NY Giants- 4:15 PM EST
Both teams have had 10 days to prepare for this game. The Giants got embarrassed by the Broncos. But they are playing in the meadowlands in December. Dallas has to get their offense up and running.
Money Pick- NY Giants
San Francisco @ Seattle- 4:15PM EST
A NFC west battle here that is interesting. Both teams were supposed to rival Arizona for the division and they have fallen short of expectations. Neither team play with any consistency, so Ill go with the home team.
Money Pick- Seattle
Minnesota @ Arizona-8:20PM EST
OK, Favre has been playing well. That is difficult for me to admit. If Warner cannot go, and Leinert is the starter. Expect a huge day for No. 4.
Money Pick- Minnesota
Monday
Baltimore @ Green Bay- 8:30PM EST
I love the Baltimore defense and the Packer offense. Something has got to bend. I am taking the Baltimore offense over the Packer defense. Which is my pick.
Money Pick- Baltimore

WEEK 10- NFL
Week 9 recap- 10-3
Last week I had a pretty good week, had a chance of a perfect week, but they had a few upsets. That’s why they say anything could happen on any given Sunday. To this week:
Chicago @ San Francisco- 10/12 8:20pm EST
Chicago comes into SF having gotten beat by Kurt Warner and the Cardinals. 49ers are coming off a terrible showing against the Titans. For SF, it is obvious they haven’t found the answer to their QB problem with Hill, or Smith. They are in desperate need of leadership to go along with a feisty defense and good running game. Chicago needs a win here to stay relevant in the NFC North.
Fantasy Stars- Jay Cutler, Matt Forte, Frank Gore
Money Pick- Chicago
New Orleans @ St. Louis- 1:00pm EST
Ok, Rams have no chance here. Saints Big!!!!
Fantasy Stars- Brees, Saints Defense, P. Thomas, R Bush
Money Pick- New Orleans
Tampa Bay @ Miami- 1:00pm EST
The Bucs were one of those teams that messed up my week. They beat an emotionally drained Green Bay team. That was a trap game for them. Miami lost to the Pats but stuck around till late in the game. There offense needs to be sparked and sounds like a good time for the Bucs to come into town.
Fantasy Stars- Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, Miami Defense
Money Pick- Miami
Detroit @ Minnesota- 1:00pm EST
Detroit has continued to show heart, but can’t seem to get over the hill. Minnesota having two weeks to prepare for the Lions will have a big day.
Fantasy Stars- Favre, Peterson, Minn. Defense
Money Pick- Minnesota
Jacksonville @ NY Jets- 1:00pm EST
The Jets have a lot to prove as they had there bye after losing to the Dolphins for the second time. Jaguars beat a weak Chief team and I expect them to get beat this week.
Fantasy Stars- NY Jets Defense, Braylon Edwards, T Jones
Money Pick- NY Jets
Buffalo @ Tennessee- 1:00pm EST
Titans have found a spark under Vince Young and have won two straight. Buffalo is coming off there bye, but with T.O. being questionable for the game the vertical game will continue to be missing in Buffalo.
Fantasy Stars- Chris Johnson, Marshawn Lynch
Money Pick- Tennessee
Cincinnati @ Pittsburgh- 1:00pm EST
Keep an eye out on Pittsburgh. They looked tough against Denver last week and could be a force to wrecken with in the AFC if they continue to play that way. Cincinnati beat the Ravens last week and I am starting to believe that the Bengals are playing with some confidence and are working up to being a top tier team.
Fantasy Stars- Chad Ochocinco, Roethlisberger, R. Mendenhall, Carson Palmer
Money Pick- Pittsburgh
Denver @ Washington- 1:00pm EST
Denver is coming off a tough matchup with the Steelers and looks fortunate to meet up with the Redskins. Washington is still struggling and isn’t showing much promise.
Fantasy Stars- Kyle Orton, Brandon Marshall, Denver Defense
Money Pick- Denver
Atlanta @ Carolina- 1:00pm EST
Carolina handed it to the Saints for about 20 minutes before they blew up. Atlanta beat a terrible Redskins team. Expect Atlanta to keep winning as they will win.
Fantasy Stars- Tony Gonzalez, M. Turner, Deangelo Williams
Money Pick- Atlanta
Kansas City @ Oakland- 4:05pm EST
KC is going to want to avenge an earlier lost to Oakland. The Raiders are the raiders and are a mess. As long as the keep starting Jamarcus Russel they will be among the worst teams in the league. KC’s pickup of Chris Chambers might be a good move.
Fantasy Stars- NONE
Money Pick- Kansas City
Seattle @ Arizona- 4:15pm EST
This is a battle of the NFC west. Arizona had an impressive road win last week as Seattle beat the Lions. I am going with the old veteran Kurt Warner and the Cards.
Fantasy Stars- Kurt Warner, L. Fitzgerald, A. Boldin
Money Pick- Arizona
Dallas @ Green Bay- 4:15pm EST
Dallas is coming off an impressive win against the Eagles and I think they go into GB and give Green Bay a 3rd straight loss. Packers lost to a Tampa team that had no business winning that game.
Fantasy Stars- Romo, M. Austin, Aaron Rodgers, M Barber
Money Pick- Dallas
Philadelphia @ San Diego- 4:15pm EST
Eagles are playing a tough stretch after losing to Dallas, They have to go to play the Chargers. San Diego beat the Giants in a pretty close game. I’m going with momentum.
Fantasy Stars- Phillip Rivers, A. Gates, V Jackson, McNabb, D Jackson
Money Pick- San Diego
New England @ Indianapolis- 8:20pm EST
This is the game of the week and I am looking forward to seeing these two great QB’s go at it. Peyton has been struggling a little bit on offense but has still managed to win. Brady had a great showing against the Dolphins last week and I don’t expect them to drop off.
Fantasy Stars- Manning, Clark, Wayne, Brady, Moss, Welker
Money Pick- Indianapolis
Baltimore @ Cleveland- 8:30pm EST
How in the hell did this game get on Monday Night? Baltimore all the way.
Fantasy Stars- Baltimore Defense, Flacco, R. Rice
Money Pick- Baltimore

WEEK 9- NFL Schedule
Washington @ Atlanta- 1:00pm EST.
This is exactly what the Atlanta Falcons need. An embarrassing Redskins team that has a bingo caller running the offense.
Fantasy stars- Matt Ryan, Tony Gonzalez, Atlanta Defense
Money Pick- Atlanta
Arizona @ Chicago- 1:00pm EST
Chicago might have a hard time with Arizona this week. They were privilidged with a terrible Cleveland team last week. Perhaps that is what they needed after being spanked at home by the Bengals the week before. Arizona coming off a loss to Carolina will be hungry and never count out Kurt Warner. This is the time of year when the Bears home field advantage starts to really take effect.
Fantasy Stars- Kurt Warner, Devin Hester, Larry Fitzgerald, Jay Cutler
Money Pick- Arizona
Baltimore @ Cincinnati- 1:00pm EST
This could be the game of the week. Baltimore is trying to avenge a home lost to there division rival in week 5. Coming off a bye could be a good thing for the Bengals offense as they try and figure out how to move the ball on the Ravens defense. Baltimore after handing the Bronco’s their first loss has there confidence soaring sky high.
Fantasy Stars- Baltimore Defense
Money Pick- Baltimore
Houston @ Indianapolis- 1:00pm EST
Two words.. Peyton Manning!
Fantasy Stars- Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Dwight Clark
Money Pick- Indianapolis
Miami @ New England- 1:00pm EST
Miami after coming off an improbable win at the Jets has to get their offense going. New England is New England and Miami has to bring there “A” game to beat the Pats in Foxborough. Miami is trying to stay perfect in the division but it has an uphill climb going against the Tom Brady.
Fantasy Stars- Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Ronnie Brown
Money Pick- New England
Green Bay @ Tama Bay- 1:00pm EST
Coming off the Brett Favre game there might be an emotional let down, but going against the worst team in the league is a blessing.
Fantasy Stars- Aaron Rodgers
Money Pick- Green Bay
Kansas City @ Jacksonville- 1:00pm EST
Really, who wants to watch this game? Jacksonville coach Jack Del Rio is a dead man walking and will be fired by the end of the year. Kansas City is a young undisciplined team. This is going to be an ugly game.
Fantasy Stars- NONE
Money Pick- Kansas City
Carolina @ New Orleans- 4:05pm EST
The Saints should have no problem with Carolina. Saints defense has been playing extremely well and with Delhomme playing QB, the Saints secondary is licking there chops. Carolina cannot find there best play maker Steve Smith. DeAngelo Williams has been the lone bright spot, but with Carolina playing from behind, they won’t run it very much.
Fantasy Stars- Drew Brees, Jeremy Shockey, Pierre Thomas, DeAngelo Williams
Money Pick- New Orleans
Detroit @ Seattle- 4:05pm EST
Detroit has showed some heart this season. Stafford could be the answer in Detroit, but they need to get the kid some help. Hasslebeck’s health is a big concern. Seattle is a better team and should win, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Detroit squeaks this one out.
Fantasy Stars- Nate Burleson, TJ Houshmandzadeh
Money Pick- Seattle
Tennessee @ San Francisco- 4:15pm EST
San Francisco came out hot winning 3 out of the first 4 games. They have since lost three straight. Tennessee is the surprise team of the year, but that is not in the good way. I may be alone on this but I’m thinking they are going to get there second straight win while the 49ers are having there usual mid year slump.
Fantasy Stars- Frank Gore
Money Pick- Tennessee
San Diego @ New York Giants- 4:15pm EST
The Giants have been in a little slump lately. Eli Manning has slowed down after coming out red hot. San Diego has met up with them at the right time. This is the match up of the QB’s that were traded for each other in the 2004 NFL Draft. Watch out for San Diego.
Fantasy Stars- Philip Rivers, Vincent Jackson, LaDainian Tomlinson
Money Pick- San Diego
Dallas @ Philadelphia- 8:20pm EST
Always a great matchup of NFC East teams. Dallas Defense has been playing well. McNabb has played pretty well since the embarrassing loss to Oakland. This should be a very entertaining game as always.
Fantasy Stars- Tony Romo, Dallas Defense, Miles Austin, Donovan McNabb.
Money Pick- Dallas
Pittsburgh @ Denver- Mon 8:30pm EST
Denver is the most surprising team this season. They won some games that I am still scratching my head at. With the champs coming into town, Orton is going to have to play perfect ball for the Broncos to win.
Fantasy Stars- Ben Roethlisberger, Hines Ward, Kyle Orton, Steelers Defense, Knowshan Moreno
Money Pick- Pittsburgh
